This arc starts off with Diego Kang making a deal with Eugene, offering a USB containing evidence of Charles Choi kidnapping Gyeoul Baek in exchange for Jinyeong Park's location. Eugene tells him Jinyeong has lost his mind. Diego Kang is no longer interested, He then confesses to killing Gapryong Kim, saying he doesn't deserve to see Jinyeong. When Eugene asks about "The King of Seoul," because those words triggered the most violent reaction from Jinyeong, Diego Kang refuses to answer and urges him to focus on Charles Choi instead. Eugene reveals he's waiting to hand over the USB because he needs one final piece of evidence. He has sent Daniel Park to Cheonliang to uncover Charles Choi’s weakness, Daniel encounters the 1st Generation Kings attending the funeral of Cheonliang’s original king, marking the anniversary of his death. At the funeral, Vin Jin is also present, along with the rest of the Cheonliang Fam. A flashback then occurs, showing Vin Jin being sacrificed.
